Rates
are per night with a 2-night minimum stay required. Rates are based on occupancy of up to 8 people. An additional $35 per person per stay will be charged for more than 8 people. The maximum occupancy is 10 including utilizing 2 futons.

Rates are subject to change without notice. Please verify rates when making your reservation. Payment — A 50% deposit by credit card is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of the rent and tax is due at least 30 days prior to the stay. The deposit is refundable (less a $75 charge) only with written cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations — Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival (including no-shows) are obligated for the entire amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-rented. Damage Deposit — Per North Carolina statutes, deposits may be applied to actual damages, theft, or unpaid charges caused by the Tenant, their family and guests. Upon arrival, please report any problems or damages or we must assume these occurred during your stay. Deposits may also be used for lost keys/lockout charges, telephone charges, movie charges, check fees, having unauthorized pets on premises, smoking, trash removal, excessive cleaning fees, for expenses resulting from agreement violations or for too many guests. Charges could exceed the deposit amount and may result on a larger charge to your credit card. |
Smoking — Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Taxes – A 10% sales and occupancy tax is added to published rates. Pet Friendly — We welcome your pet, however, we must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Rental Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. |
